      Request Extended streaming history from your Spotify account's Privacy page (it can take a few weeks to arrive). Unzip it and select the Streaming_History_Audio_*.json files. Plays under 30 seconds and podcasts are skipped, and anything after tracking started is ignored, so nothing is counted twice. Re-importing the same files is safe.
